Our Process
Our aim is to provide you with a service that creates a bespoke piece of furniture that you really want. Good communication & honesty are at the heart of our process below
Step 1:
Initial Contact
Either via a phone call, message or email (Please see our Contact Page) we ask you to provide as much detail as possible regarding your requirement including dimensions, colours and if possible, images.
If we can undertake your requirement, we will confirm and book you in for survey.
Step 2: Survey &
Design
During the survey we will talk through all the details and agree in principle the overall design. If possible, a view on price will also be given.
From the survey, detailed 3D CAD drawings will be created of the design giving you a clear view on how your furniture will look within the room. This will also give you the opportunity to confirm dimensions and any other details, such as lighting & cabling.
We are happy to make as many design amendments as possible until you are completely satisfied with the design.
Step 3:
Quotation & Confirmation
Once the design is agreed we will provide a detailed quotation including a fully inclusive price. Upon agreement we will ask for an initial 10% deposit (non-refundable) to confirm your position in our workflow.
Step 4: Workshop Manufacture
Prior to the commencement of the workshop manufacture we will ask for 40% deposit (non-refundable) to ensure all materials can be ordered. We may also undertake a pre manufacture survey.
During the manufacture we will provide you with updates on progress throughout.
As the manufacture process comes to completion, we will arrange an installation date with you.
Step 5: Installation
We ask that you make the location as clear as possible, including access. We will treat your house like our own and will provide dust coverings wherever possible.
On completion we will ask for the final payment (50%).
